Tasting Notes
The wine was fatter than our 1991 Riesling. Some comments from people who tasted it were: grapefruit, peach, and pear. The color of the wine was deeper than the 1991 Riesling we made. This was a good wine but not as popular as the 1991.

About the Year
This was the year that Nancy and I were married. Our wedding, and the grapes this year, were very good. Sauvignon Blanc is a beautiful, uncomplicated grape that needs some "weight" if you want to make a wine that has a little more depth and character than just leaving it on its own.
